Why Rotation Mold?

Rotation mold and product manufacturing methods have advantages compared to other plastic production methods. Rotating molds produced are simpler and cheaper than injection moldings. Because it is a low pressure process, it does not require the need to mold an expensive, strong metal alloy, such as injection molding.

Rotational molding is advantageous because:

  • A hollow product can be produced in one piece without any welding operation or joints.
  • The tension in the product produced is too small to be tested.
  • The production period is short and it is an economical choice for mass production.
  • It is possible to make multi-layer products
